Bubble Hound is operated by Lucifer Stoat Ltd. You can delete your Bubble Hound account within the app or request deletion by email.
Delete your account in the app
Sign in to your Bubble Hound account and use the Delete Account option within the app. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the deletion.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, email dataprotection@luciferstoat.co.uk with the subject Bubble Hound account deletion request. Please provide the email address associated with your account so we can locate it. We may need to verify that you are the account holder before proceeding.
What happens to your data?
- Your Bubble Hound account is deleted, including your account name, email address and telephone number.
- Offers you previously added may remain available to the community, but will be attributed to “User or community added” rather than your former account.
- Limited technical or security records may remain with service providers or be retained where required by law, subject to applicable retention rules.
Deleting your account does not necessarily remove public venue or offer information that is no longer linked to your identity. If a retained contribution contains personal information, you can contact us to request its review or removal.
